Yes! Your time with us always begins with a free consultation and (depending on the treatment) patch test. This allows us to discuss your needs and give you a chance to meet our practitioners before moving forward with your treatment plan.
Your practitioner will provide specific instructions during your first consultation, but here are a few general tips to help make sure your treatment goes smoothly:
- Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes to make it easier if you need to change during the appointment.
- Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water before and after your session.
- Try to avoid caffeine and alcohol on the day of your treatment, as they can impact how your body responds.
- Arrive early so you have time to settle in and complete any necessary paperwork without rushing.
- Let your practitioner know about any allergies, medications, or medical conditions before starting treatment.
- Feel free to ask any questions you have. Your practitioner will be happy to explain anything and help put your mind at ease.
After your treatment, be sure to follow the post-care instructions given by your provider. These usually involve avoiding sun exposure, heavy exercise, or specific skincare products. It’s also a good idea to schedule any follow-up appointments if needed.
Whether or not you need to wait for your treatment depends on the procedure. If a patch test isn’t necessary, you can have it done right away. But if a patch test is required, you’ll need to wait at least 48 hours. A patch test is needed for these treatments:
- Laser hair removal
- Laser tattoo or cosmetic tattoo removal
- Facials and skin rejuvenation
- Carbon facial
- Scalp micropigmentation
We’d love to accommodate a support person during your appointment, but it may not always be possible due to clinic capacity and limited protective equipment. If you’d like someone to join you, please give us a call on the day of your appointment, and we’ll let you know if it’s an option.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you let us know at least 24 hours beforehand.

Yes. The x6 bus stops right out front, so it’s easy to get to us even if you aren’t arriving by car.
Our clinic is about a 20-30 minute taxi ride from Salisbury, Bournemouth, or Poole stations, and you’ll find a taxi rank right outside each station.
